One Black Lion
OBL is a collaboration between professional experts, bringing together under ‘one roof’ Site Finding, Planning Consultancy and Architectural Design.
We source sites sometimes on a speculative basis directly from owners, draft option outline designs and a supporting planning report, plus a development appraisal, as a package for our clients and investors. We work on a purely consultative basis or on a JV basis.
This is a unique and attractive service for property investors, hand-held and advised by industry specialists.
Belsize Village Architects
For the London Festival of Architecture we have joined forces with neighbouring practices to hold community events to think about and create ideas for how to improve the area.
We were especially interested in the views of the young - we made giant chalkboard tables where ideas could be doodled and captured.
