We were approached to investigate creating a larger house on this site where we gained planning permission a few years ago. The new house is three storeys tall with bedrooms above and below, with a large open plan family space onto the garden.

It was an incredibly challenging project that began in 2015 when we purchased a bungalow that had been introduced to us by Daniel Leon.
Daniel had secured planning consent for a new house on the site for the previous owner and following our purchase we were able with Daniel’s help and guidance to obtain a new permission for a much larger but discreet 3 storey modernist house of substantial architectural merit.
As you can imagine in true “ Grand Designs” fashion there were many bumps along the way and difficult issues to contend with but Daniel and the Square Feet team were always there on hand with advise helping to navigate issues through to the projects eventual successful completion. In addition to their wonderful creativity and design work, Square Feet worked closely with our contractors, MH Costa, to produce a masterpiece that we are so very proud of.
