Square Feet are working on the full rebuild of a house within ‘The Trust’, new basement and extension back, to make a high-end home for a growing family (& puppy!).
Square Feet Architects have submitted a planning application for five new flats above an existing 1960’s block in Buckhurst Hill, near Epping Forest, using the ‘permitted development’ approach.
Approximately half way through the construction period of this facade retained / new-build plus basement project to create a ‘super high end’ house for a family.
Square Feet Architects have been working with the Castlehaven Community based in Camden Town for last few years, here creating an extension to their nursery school, to provide 10 new baby spaces and improved play and catering facilities.
Extensive work to reconfigure and totally refurbish a family house within the Hampstead Garden Suburb Trust, have just started on site. Watch this space for progress!

Planning permission has just been granted to convert a backland former carpet warehouse into two units. Working closely with the Planners to achieve a couple a of very cool 1 and 2 bed units. Watch this space for more in due course.

Works progressing well to complete this regeneration of an old commercial building in Childs Hill, London NW11, for 3 new build mews houses, plus 6 flats.
Works progressing nicely to create a new basement under this existing house, as a first phase, then to largely completely rebuild the upper parts, all in close compliance with The Hampstead Garden Suburb Trust approvals.
